Suicide Loss Survivors

Losing a loved one to suicide is a traumatic experience. He/she can experience a series of intense emotions such as grief, anger and huge uncertainty about the future. These feelings can be made worse by the societal stigma around suicide.

Surviving a suicide loss:

  • Talk to trusted ones about what happened.
  • Self-care (physically, emotionally, spiritually)
  • Joining support group programmes, facilitated by professionals
