Whistleblowers can submit their concerns via email or letter to whistleblow@caringforlifesg.org

While it’s encouraged to include your name and contact details for follow-up or clarification, whistleblowers may choose to remain anonymous. To facilitate an investigation, please provide as much information as possible, including details of the parties involved, the date and time of the incident, a description of the event, any evidence, and any other relevant information that may support the concern.

All reported concerns will be thoroughly reviewed by the Board, and all information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Whistleblowers are expected to make reports in good faith and in the best interests of CFL, without any malicious intent.
